S4 Details and Location
Papoose is approximately 12 miles southwest of Area 51. This shows the relative location that Papoose has to Groom Lake/Area 51, now renamed to “Air Force Test Center (Detachment 3)”
Various research by others indicates the facility is sometimes referenced as a SITE 4, S4, S2 Alpha, and from the Tom Mack letter PS2 complex.
Possible video taken inside of S4?
I wish to proffer this for your consideration, though I make no claims about its authenticity.
A video seemingly taken by Macia or Dan entitled "Dr. Marci and Dr. Dan filming on a walkabout where video is never allowed." The reference to "J" is likely former vice admiral, John“Mike” McConnell who visited the S4 facility many times. In the video, there is an air of condescension towards the authorities, likely those that manage security protocols at the facility (presuming it truly is S4).

He would enter the elevator and security would count down the buttons and pop whichever one Dan was supposed to go to next never allowing him to see the floor number.

The environment maintained a hyperbaric mix of 4–5% nitrogen and oxygen, high pressure, and temperatures between 20°–30°F. Humans couldn’t survive inside without a TES (Total Encapsulating Suit). These conditions were designed to slow the J-Rod’s disease. The Clean Sphere was located on Level 4-5 of the S4 facility, which was the bottom-most working level. The sphere itself was typically held below the Level 4-5 floor in an area called the Ambassadorial Suite Level (ASL) and was raised up using an advanced scissor lift system for interactions.
