I discovered that journalist, Michael Schellenberger included the Dan Buirsch case in his submission into record after his November 13, 2024 House Oversight Committee hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. His primary mission in the hearing was to legitimize the leaked documentation of Immaculate Constellation.

Dan's name is noted 9 times in the submitted documentation, including another person, Henry Deacon who vouched for the veracity of Dans claims.
