Project Aquarius

Project Aquarius is described as an umbrella project with a central focus on the study of Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs) and their interactions with humans on Earth. Its mission included accumulating data on alien life forms and distributing this information to relevant authorities. The following is background on Project Aquarius and its sub-initiatives:

Origin and Oversight

• Project Aquarius was established in 1953, coinciding with Project Blue Book.
  
• It initially began as a USAF black project but was later wrested from Air Force control by the intelligence community, specifically by the Navy and NSA cryptologics. This shift in control caused a significant rift with the Air Force and CIA.
  
• Dr. Dan Burisch was brought into Project Aquarius in 1986 under the auspices of the Committee of the Majority, specifically working for Majestic 12 (MJ-12), which is a group of scientists and scientific advisors working for the Committee of the Majority.

Location and Operations

• The primary facility for Project Aquarius was the Papoose Lake facility (S-4), located about 12 miles south of Area 51 in Nevada, often referred to as "The Dark Side of the Moon" or "The Nowhere Place". S-4 was designated for housing "hot stuff" from Area 51 proper.
  
• Access to S-4 involved oppressive security measures, including armed guards, optical scans, voice print identification, showering, shaving, decontamination, and a change of clothing. Personnel were weighed upon entry and exit, and initially had to walk barefoot.
• The facility had multiple levels, with specific designations like 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, and 4-5. The level designations often had numerological significance (e.g., 4+5=9, a number important to the J-Rods).
• Briefing books, titled "Aquarius" and marked "DTIC" (Defense Technical Information Center), were provided to personnel. These books contained technical manuals and reports, often in open interrogatory format.

Sub-Projects and Associated Technologies 

• Project Sigma: Project Sigma's mission was to establish communication with aliens. This project achieved positive success in 1959 when the United States established primitive communications with these extraterrestrial beings.
• Project Galileo: Project Galileo focused on the propulsion systems of extraterrestrial and future terrestrial vehicles. It was a main area of study for Robert Lazar, who investigated propulsion and the role of gravity as a medium for propulsion, including methods for harnessing, amplifying, and lensing gravity waves.
• Project Sidekick: This program focused on the beam weapon potential of alien craft and the attempt to prototype such a weapon.
• Project Looking Glass: This project dealt with the physics of seeing the effects of an artificially produced gravity wave on time. It could show probabilities of future events. The technology was back-engineered from ancient cylinder seals. It used a spherical spinning arced rectangular solid matrix of nickel-cadmium and barium, with argon gas injected into its center. The Looking Glass technology is now largely decommissioned and its components separated and distributed among power structures like the EU, UN, and NATO. This technology was supplemented by the Orion Cube, also known as the Yellow Book or Yellow Disc, which was an exchange gift from the Orions to President Eisenhower in 1954. Unlike the Looking Glass, the Orion Cube's projected probabilities could be influenced and altered by the emotions and predispositions of the human viewers, potentially leading to unstable information.
• Unnamed Second Generation Weapons Program: A separate weapons program, developed as a second-generation research program from Project Sidekick. However, Dr. Dan Burisch refused to provide its official name or any further information about its objectives.
  
• Biological Defense Operations Suite (BDOS): A program Dr. Dan Burisch worked on as a senior scientist. However, no further information regarding its specific objectives is understood at this time. 
  
• Project Lotus (also known as Starflower or Licorice): A crucial project directed by Dr. Burisch, it was an "accessory project" that became "earthshaking". It involved studies of a "peculiar silicate-associated phenomenon" at Frenchman Mountain in Nevada, leading to the discovery of Ganesh particles. Lotus aims to understand the genesis of life, believed to be connected to an ancient virus that seeded Earth. The project is working towards releasing its findings, with a book on Lotus underway. This was the subject of Dr. Burisch's lecture at Caltech in Pasadena.
• Project Preserve Destiny: A broader initiative that predates 1960, concerned with preparing segments of the human population for cataclysms expected around the 2012 timeframe. Project Lotus is a component of this.
• Project Preserve Mother: Involved deploying Ganesh particles to clean polluted ecosystems, specifically in Cabrillo Bay, Los Angeles. This is linked to the Raindancer project.
• Raindancer: A compartmentalized project related to chemtrails, conceived for "aerosolized inoculation" using Ganesh particles for bioremediation, such as cleaning "Black Water" in Florida Bay.
