The Original Q-94-109A Leaked Document
The initial Q94 document was significant because it was a technical document detailing the biology of an extraterrestrial being (J-Rod). It provided biological and microbiological terms related to the cellular preparations of what was believed to be a J-Rod sample. Dan Burisch co-authored this document as the primary investigator, working with another scientist. The document reportedly addressed "E.B.E.-Cross-Contaminations and Viewing Protocols" and included sections on cellular subfraction analysis, ambient biochemistry, and subfraction biochemistry.
The document was leaked in 1999 by B.J. Wolf. However, a copy of the second draft was reportedly smuggled out in late 1998 by a source later identified as Steven.
The release of the Q94 document was controversial for several reasons. It occurred during a period when Dan Burisch's claims were being scrutinized, with some drawing parallels to the controversy surrounding Bob Lazar's Area 51 claims, particularly regarding the difficulty in verifying academic credentials.
Despite the controversy, the Q94 document was revelatory at the time because it presented what appeared to be technical, scientific details concerning extraterrestrial biology and the work allegedly being conducted at Papoose Site 4 (S4) under Project Aquarius. It was seen by some as a crucial piece of evidence supporting Burisch's claims of working with an extraterrestrial biological entity. The document also suggested the existence of a hierarchy where MJ-12 was subordinate to a "Committee of the Majority". Bill Hamilton, a prominent investigator, considered the Q94 document intriguing due to its technical details regarding the biology of an extraterrestrial being. The document's existence and content became a central point in the discussion and investigation of Dan Burisch's claims.
