Introduction
The following text was written by Dan Burisch's colleague Marci McDowell sometime in 2008. It was written in response to a number of requests for a summary of the very complex and important edifice of testimony which is Dan Burisch's personal story.
I highly recommend watching my five part video that includes slides and my narration.
Dr. Dan Burisch Ph.D. - A short biography
Dr. Dan Burisch served as a Senior Operative/Scientist, initially reporting to both the Committee of the Majority and Majestic-12 (1986–2003), and later solely to Majestic-12 (2003–2005), until the group was officially adjourned on October 12, 2005.
During the 1991 Gulf War, he was deployed as part of a Black Ops Unit into the International Coalition’s Zone of Operations. His mission: to counteract a rogue military unit’s attempted use of unauthorized biological warfare agents against the Iraqi Army.
Upon returning, he was ultimately assigned as a “Microbiologist V” at the Papoose Lake Facility (S-4), where he led a scientific team under Project Aquarius. His responsibilities included the investigation of a J-Rod’s (i.e., extraterrestrial entity’s) neuropathy. This required him to work directly within a “Clean Sphere” containment unit, interacting with the J-Rod, and processing, evaluating, and transforming tissue samples for reintroduction to ameliorate the entity’s pathology.
In the late 1990s, Dr. Burisch was formally censured by the Committee of the Majority for violating direct orders. However, in 2006, his academic credentials were restored by intervention from a private religious order based in France. (His credentials can be verified upon request.)
In 2005, Dr. Burisch briefly served as a pro-tem member of Majestic-12 under the designation “MJ-9” and was subsequently named “H-1-Maj”—the appointed individual responsible for disclosing information related to the “extraterrestrial human lineage (time-travel).” He completed his final orders in September 2006 and retired from service.
In June 2007, he was asked by the newly-formed Majestic group to participate in a short-term special project concerning “National Security,” a request he accepted. The assignment concluded on December 14, 2007.
Dr. Burisch continued conducting and publishing research as Chief Scientist of the Eagles Disobey Research Consortium and Corporate Director of Eagles Disobey, Inc., working closely with Dr. Marcia McDowell (President, Eagles Disobey Inc.). Their collaborative research includes the analysis of Mars anomalies, acoustic applications in the healing arts and sciences, and an unusual biological phenomenon known as the “Lotus” discovery.
“Dan’s involvement with Majestic-12 and extraterrestrial contact spans over two decades.”
Dan’s involvement with Majestic-12 and extraterrestrial contact spans over two decades. Inducted into Majestic in 1986 while still a student at UNLV, Dan had already established a remarkable background in microbiology. He worked with the Los Angeles Microscopical Society for many years and studied under Dr. John Bunyan in England—further evidence of his early promise.
Majestic identified his potential and offered him an opportunity to work in Black Ops, specializing in biological applications. Dan, highly respected for his work in Special Applications, accepted the offer and was trained for assignments at Area-51 involving “exotic” biological materials.
Unbeknownst to him at the time, Dan was being mentored by a high-ranking member of Majestic-12 who held a deep affection for him—linked to events surrounding Dan’s alleged abduction in the early 1970s. While working on “exotics,” Dan—then Dr. Dan Crain, having completed his Ph.D.—discovered that the tissue samples he had been studying were extraterrestrial in origin.
Dan was given an unusual level of autonomy inside the facility. Though bound by strict protocols, his badge allowed access to multiple levels within both Area-51 and S-4, granting him unusual freedom of movement and insight into a range of projects few in such environments could witness.
Among the projects he encountered was “Looking Glass,” a reverse-engineered extraterrestrial device originally intended as a Stargate-style portal. It could manipulate space-time to allow observation of both past and potential future events. When paired with a second device, synchronized viewing and auditory feedback became possible. Testing of the device for communication and transportation applications continued until 2003–2004, when it was dismantled due to safety concerns related to Earth’s passage through the galactic plane.
As his work deepened, Dan joined the Aquarius/J-Rod team, tasked with identifying the cause of a degenerative nerve condition affecting the J-Rods (commonly referred to as “Grays”). These extraterrestrials were housed in a specially constructed Clean Sphere within S-4 to meet their environmental needs.
As communication improved, it became evident that the J-Rods were not merely extraterrestrial—they were also time/space travelers. They reportedly operated from a small planet in the Gliese system, approximately 15 light-years from Earth, staging missions to our world.
“But the J-Rod began to reject Steven and demanded that Dan enter the Clean Sphere instead.”
Initially, Dan was part of the backup team, supporting his supervisor, “Steven M.,” during tissue extraction procedures. But the J-Rod began to reject Steven and demanded that Dan enter the Clean Sphere instead. This caused tension, as Dan was a junior member of the team. Yet the J-Rod insisted, leading to Dan’s rapid promotion and protocol training.
Eventually, it was revealed that the J-Rod recognized Dan from a prior encounter—during an abduction event in the early 1970s. The J-Rod had traveled with a group of P-45s (a J-Rod group from 45,000 years in our future) conducting abduction sampling. This same entity later crashed near Kingman, Arizona in 1953 and was recovered by Majestic and housed at S-4.
During one session, a protocol breach occurred: the J-Rod moved toward Dan, who panicked and fell. The entity climbed atop him and initiated a profound telepathic download, transferring vast knowledge of J-Rod history and experiences. Dan lost consciousness and remained comatose for several days, recovering at S-4’s medical wing before returning to Las Vegas.
Since that event, Majestic made multiple attempts to retrieve the downloaded information—but Dan remained largely silent. What he did share afterward was an intense curiosity about the space program and certain extraterrestrial matters.
From 1994 to 1996, Dan extracted tissue samples from the J-Rod. The “Q-94” document—an internal report co-written by Dan and Steven M. and leaked after Steven’s death—offers a rare glimpse into Black Ops procedures.
Afterward, Dan resumed limited work with Majestic and held various cover jobs in Las Vegas related to security and safety. In 1997–1998, while analyzing NASA’s Mars imagery, Dan discovered anomalies in a region known as “Inca City.” He and Marcia McDowell authored Eagles Disobey: The Case for Inca City, Mars. The publication rattled Majestic, who again demanded to know if the J-Rod had shared any insights related to Mars. Dan, as before, refused.
Shortly thereafter, NASA publicly announced life in a Martian meteorite—an assertion Dan contested, suggesting it mirrored a microbe discovered decades earlier in Australia. As tensions escalated, the Committee of the Majority ordered Dan to halt publication of his Mars findings, fearing he was exposing elements of the doctrine of convergent timeline paradox. Dan refused. The book was released in late 1998. Majestic retaliated by nullifying his Ph.D., an act that contributed to a near-fatal heart attack.
“Neurochemical agents were administered, and he was moved to Mississippi. But Dan’s mind rejected the conditioning. Experiencing memory resurgence, he was recalled to Las Vegas, where he recovered and resumed his research.”
By 1999, internal efforts were made to reprogram Dan’s memory and relocate him with his family under new cover identities. Neurochemical agents were administered, and he was moved to Mississippi. But Dan’s mind rejected the conditioning. Experiencing memory resurgence, he was recalled to Las Vegas, where he recovered and resumed his research.
Later, he became immersed in the study of the Voynich Manuscript and a project called “Lotus.” He also contributed to the T-9 Treaty negotiations, helping reduce the number of authorized abductions to zero.
In parallel, Dan began research into Solfeggio frequencies, drawing the attention of Dr. Len Horowitz and Dan Winter. A book on this topic was underway by late 2006.
In late 2003, two events occurred: Majestic inducted me to assist Dan and mitigate my own resistance to their efforts, and Dan once more encountered the J-Rod. In a stunning act of defiance, Dan assisted his friend in using a Stargate to return home. Majestic was furious but powerless.
“Then, in 2005, Majestic issued final orders: Dan was to speak publicly and truthfully about his experiences.”
Then, in 2005, Majestic issued final orders: Dan was to speak publicly and truthfully about his experiences. Upon his agreement, Majestic stood down, giving him one year to complete the mission.
These orders extended to me as well. Despite multiple failed collaborations with people who promised help, we chose to do it ourselves. I learned to edit, and we released a comprehensive DVD where Dan recounts his life within Majestic, his work with the J-Rod, and the implications of Looking Glass technology.
We are now at a crossroads in human history. The future could bring catastrophe—or renaissance. We urge everyone to focus on unity, meditate, and pray for humanity’s highest path.
Dan’s friend—the J-Rod from approximately 52,000 years in the future—returned not only to seek healing for his kind but to warn us. The “Unity” campaign was born from that plea, spreading globally with flyers reminding the world of our shared responsibility.
I believe Majestic recognized that Dan carries critical knowledge essential for humanity’s survival. And though we may not reach everyone, our goal is to reach the right ones—the ones who will carry this torch forward.
This is the reason for everything we’ve done—and everything still to come.
